How to book a photoshoot?

You can contact me by phone, email, website form or on social media. We will go through your requirements and schedule a convenient for you time.

When are you available?

My availability depends on number of bookings and a range of other factors. Usually I’m able to accomodate my clients needs, be it short or long notice ones.

How long does it take to photograph a listing?

The required time depends on the size of the property. It will take approximately:

  • 60 minutes for a condo;
  • 90+ for a house.

Can I cancel or reschedule the photo shoot?

Rescheduling or cancelation is available up to 24 hours before the booked term.

The cancelation fee of 50% is to be paid if the photo shoot is canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booked term.

When will I get my photos?

Your photos will be ready within 48 hours after receipt of your payment and will be available for download via a link, which will be sent to you.

Do I need to make any preparations before the photo shoot?

To get the best photos possible you need to get your property ready. I have made a simple guide on how to do that. The guide is available here.

What if I don't like the photos?

If for some reason my clients are not happy with the results, I offer either a reshoot or a refund.

What equipment do you use?

Camera — Canon full frame camera

Lenses — Canon 17-40 & Canon 24-70 mm

Lighting — a set of speedlights with a commander

Light modifiers — set of gels, shoot-through and reflective umbrellas

Tripod  — a pro-series Manfrotto tripod with a geared tripod head

Accessories — a set of speedlight and umbrella mounts
