How to book a photoshoot?

You can contact me by phone, email, website form or on social media. We will discuss your requirements and schedule a convenient for you time.

When are you available?

My availability depends on number of bookings and a range of other factors. Usually I’m able to accommodate my clients’ needs, be it a short or long notice.

How long does it take to photograph a listing?

The required time depends on the size of the property. It will take approximately:

  • 60 minutes for a condo;
  • 90+ minutes for a house.

Can I cancel or reschedule the photo shoot?

Rescheduling or cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the booked term.

When will I get my photos?

I reserve the right to send final images within 48 hours after a photo shoot. However, in most cases the images are sent the same day or early next day.

Do I need to do anything before a photo shoot?

To get the best photos possible you need to get your property ready. I have made a simple guide on how to do that. The guide is available here.

How do you take real estate measurements?

All my real estate measurements are taken with professional equipment using Residential Measurement Standard (RMS). All measurements reports come with room dimensions and a footprint sketch.

A sample of a measurement report is available via this link.
